Well , we love chilli's but lately I don't what is going with them because it doesn't matter what state or city we go their services is horrible. Mom always has coffee , and they never have coffee or creamer and if they have coffee it's always cold ..ugh . And dad asks for chicken and always extra well done and what does he gets back , pink chicken.. ugh . So I don't know what is going on with this restaurant lately but it's not one in particular but all of them now , no matter what city or state we go to.ugh

As with most restaurants these days, they did not have a full wait staff. The ones who were there busted their butts to take care of a very busy dining room. My steak was cooked to perfection and the sides were equally delicious.

The New chicken sandwich is amazing and the president Margarita of the month was perfect. I would recommend BOTH to anyone looking for a great meal and refreshing beverage. Hot N Fresh.

Nice Chili's. Steady at lunch but not overwhelmingly busy. Very friendly hostess. Clean floor, clean tables, nice atmosphere. Large menu selection. The waitress was very attentive but she never refilled my drink. However, some small attention to detail would help. The salt shaker had so much moisture in it, it was clumpy. Therefore I got way too much salt on my house salad. I ordered off the lunch menu and I thought it took a little long to get my order; over 10 minutes. It was a small house salad and grilled chicken sandwich with fries. The avacodo on my sandwich was very skimpy. The fries were good. All in all, I will return. There's just room for improvement. Then again, who doesn't have room for improvement?
