Hello everyone out there 🌎 I wish you all well. I wish to share in my visit this travel center slash Moe Southwestern Grill. A mini reflection of a full restaurant. This small location carries 3 employees on staff working hard but as a team in deed their efforts fell by the wayside meaning a poor representation of a wonderful experience if prepared correctly. Let me see if the preparation area is kept clean and all the condiments are covered up with lids all can stay cool and semi-affected from temperature for this where bacteria grows. A countertop after food has been prepared should be wiped off clean with the towel with soap or disinfectant wipes all food is laid out onto a cover sheet which should shield the tortilla or bowl being filled with rice beans corn queso etc. Three employees one female two males all around about the same age in their twenties pretty happy but you can tell people by their body language I am not going to speak of race because we all have our shark coming within ourselves skin is just the cosmetics because underneath is the soul but all have different upbringings and all have dysfunction in families so let's get to the root of it. Management poor management keeps poor behaviors of ethics values and the policies of standards for us consumers to enjoy to be pleasured from who desires I monies💵 The young man wiped the countertop off with his plastic glove hand and then repeated it with his other hand I asked of him why would you clean the countertop off with your hand and then prepared to ask me what would I like next without taking off your plastic gloves and washing your hands. and without cleaning off the countertop he then wished to give poor excuses for his behavior and then the other young man interjected into the conversation and said allow me to clean the countertop, I said do you have soapy water in a towel he said, yes. I also can use disinfectant wipes, I said yes please do so. The young lady wanted to know what would I like I explained that I was waiting for the beef to finish cooking that she had on the grill presently. Once the countertop was cleaned and the beef was placed in its placeholder they finished to make my burritos and all was good it felt shameful to see the soul generations of today are losing ground in the respect to others and the standards enriching moral compass to care for each other as we did so long ago of course we've always had our ill wills prejudices and malicious hate but there was always a standard that we could appreciate in our country. yes it's still here but you can see it slowly and swiftly becoming an extinct part of history. I hope all of you will find some peace to know that we are still out here hoping and praying for the best.

Love coming to this Location just make sure you get here early. I want to give a big shout out to the young gentleman with the reddish hair and goatee with the ball cap. I’ve been out here on the road several years and that young man gave me the absolute best customer service that I can recall for quite some time. Absolute excellent experience here 6/13/22 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Great Pilot. Well maintained bathrooms/showers always clean when I stop here. Good hot water pressure. Moe's is always good when I get it. And the pilot food bar is usually always fresh as well. Parking uaually fills up early evening. Old school Walmart across the street. All in all good place to stop for a break, 30 or a 10.

If I can give this location zero stars I would!! Both showers that I was given had VISIBLE FECES & TRASH from the previous customer...Not only were they not clean and sanitized, the staff member responsible for doing his/her job still gets a paycheck....AS TRUCK DRIVERS PROVIDING SERVICE AROUND THE WORLD WE ARE DUE CLEANLINESS AND RESPECT ESPECIALLY AT THESE TRUCK STOPS!!
