Oh my, that was really bad this morning. I ordered my daughter a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes (fulfilling a bribe so we could leave the lake early and beat the traffic). The bag was missing a knife to cut the pancakes, biscuit was wet, eggs undercooked and my daughter asked for bacon however they gave her sausage. No salt and pepper for the eggs were provided. I ordered a coke and it tasted like Tab or RC cola. It's possible the soda machine lines have not been cleaned in a while. And lastly, the hasbrown was crispy like a potato chip. Saying it was overcooked would be an understatement. :(

The play place is a nice stop on the way for the kids. However I just got the most soggy undercooked fries I've ever had. Completely inedible. Quite disappointing since the fries are one of the best parts of McDonald's.

ZERO STARS!!!! Every single time I come here (no matter what time it is) they get my order wrong. Tonight me and my bf went to get some food and I asked for two hot and spicy sandwiches and they gave me 1 hot and spicy and two regular and they gave us a lot of other food too. Food we didn't even ask for. I ask for buffalo sauce everytime I do and they never put it in the bag. They Always have an attitude or they just don't care about the customers. I have given them chance after chance but I really don't recommend coming here. If you want some good McDonald's go to Durant.

Needing to make a restroom stop, I decided McDonald's would be handy. To my dismay, there was no toilet paper in either the first or the second stall I chose. Finished my business and ordered a fish sandwich. On my way out, I noticed several posted signs providing a phone number to call to let management know of any issues; however, no one answered the call (tried twice). ??? Why offer a number that goes unanswered? Then, when I opened my sandwich box, I noticed that the sandwich was unaligned, just slapped together, so I opened it to straighten it out. There was almost more tartar sauce than there was fish, and the cheese 'slice' was half a slice and so thin that it had melded with the bun leaving hardly a bump. What a ridiculous excuse for a $5 meal!
