To start, this review is posted as Sharon Pfeiffer. I have been getting glasses at Metro Optics for a few years. The people there are all so nice. The doctor explained things and answered questions I had. Special thanks to Lorraine who guided me through getting my glasses. I am very pleased with my experiences at Metro Optics.

This is hands down the place to go especially if you have an active toddler! I took my two year old toddler to this location to fill her perscription and unfortunately the time that we arrived was around her nap time. Lettie was so patient with us and wanted to make my daughter’s first time one that was memorable and not traumatic. She advised us to grab food an let the baby take a nap and to return back later that day and that she would be there waiting for us. So, we took her advice and did some errands and returned later on. Upon returning we were greeted as though we were family by Lettie and Aurora and all the members at metro optics. My daughter was so comfortable with them and its because how patient, calm and soft spoken they were with her. Thank you so much to the team at metro optics I truly appreciate you all for making this experience so smooth, fast and worth it not just for me but as well as my daughter! They gave us great recommendations and were not trying to bamboozel us into getting unrealistic or unreasonable things for our toddlers glasses. You guys are the best! Support local community business!!! ** side note I came here myslef as a child and when my daughter needed glasses I didn’t second guess where to take her!

Is it possible to give this place more than a five star rating.... they are simply awesome. Their customer service is; to use my native language, Jamaican Patois: Ah sey one! Translated to English it means almost perfect. These people are welcoming, friendly, courteous, caring, extremely nice and exceed all the basic standards I have for good customer service. Keep it up guys, you rock! One Love.

You would have to call or visit them to find out. I do remember seeing a list of accepted insurances on their website as well. I would check there first.
