This USCIS office is the best. Starting from the Security Officer’s to the Representative’s and of course the main Officers who take the main role to test you. They are all awesome. Thank you all for being so understanding , patient and doing your job so professionally.

Try at 12am
Your green card and passport have to be valid
Underaged they do not. It is passed through with you. Same when getting residency.
For me was the same fortunately after 2 yrs last month I got mine. I think they are behind
Keep calling them. Say " infopass" to the recording until you're transferred to a live person
If you haven't have the interview and sivics test then they will send you a letter in the mail with the date of the interview! you can't do anything to make an appointment exceptto wait for it, you can also check the status of your case on their website.
Did she apply for re-entry before leaving the U.S.?
First must be talk by the phone with uscis and explain your situation and take an appointment depending on your emergency Then going at your appointment time with phisycaly passport and phisycaly your green card This process after you get there is very easy just they take care of your case and keep your old green card and put the stamp on your passport for 1 year temporary permit for in and out to the us
No.
You can apply for a i-131 if your i-485 is still pending. But most importantly your original entry into the US should have been a legal entry.
File through internet first, then, if needed, they give an appointment.

I don't think so !
No they don't because there business hour 8am to 4pm and for defense people Monday To Friday 9am to 3pm
Its depend what you going there for
It is impossible to use the website for an appointment, it only ever shows those available two weeks in advance and of course there are none and we all know that it takes several weeks to get one. Totally useless.
They're open 8am-4am every day but Saturday and Sunday.
