Aerial Media Pros has outstanding service, support, prices and is my go-to shop. For example, a tiny screw head stripped on my P4P, so I figured, since Aerial Media Pros do repairs, maybe they would have an extra I could buy. Not only did they have one, they mailed it to me...for free! Great people!

I had to give Aerial Media Pros 5 stars. I truly wish I could rate them higher for their outstanding service level. I located Aerial Media Pros with a Google search and I stepped out on faith and took a drive to their office in Costa Mesa California. I was experiencing some technical issues with my DJI Phantom 4 drone. Upon arrival I felt very welcomed when I was greeted by Jay with Aerial Media Pros. I explained the issue I was experiencing with my DJI Phantom 4 drone and he explained their diagnostics procedure and fee (which was very reasonable). Jay went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was satisfied with my drone's diagnosis. It's truly refreshing to know that there are still people like Jay (in this dishonest world), that honestly value customer service. Long story short, if you want to be taken care of and not taken advantage of, contact Aerial Media Pros for all of your aerial drone needs. You most definitely will not be disappointed. Beware don't buy a battery from Aerial Media pros. Sent a bad battery will not charge 5 of 6 cells. Out $550 and now need to buy another battery. All the said was sorry. You purchased it three months ago. Bad company. Was going to order more from them, but will look else where. Poor sevice on very expensive product.

On my first order with this company, I ordered two items. I received one item on a Friday, but the other was missing. I called the company and after some confusion on their end, I was told they found the item, and it had not been shipped, and they would ship Priority Mail Saturday and send me an email. Monday morning, I still had not received an email so I called again. This time I was told they still had not shipped, but that it would go out that day. Mistakes do happen, but it's how a company deals with them that makes a difference. They did not ship the item when they said they would, and there was no apology that they had made the original mistake or for not shipping the second time as promised. I realize that this was just one order, but they would not be my first choice if I needed something for a deadline.

Yes, they are authorized for DJI repairs.
