The person who answers the phone, Michael, is the most uninformed, useless, incompetent employee I have ever seen. He is extremely rude and useless. If you need to go to the sheriffs office do yourself a favor and speak to the other lady behind the counter, because Michael is just not going get you anywhere besides wasting your time.

No he cant any notice regarding tenants has to be in writing and served personally or posted and mailed. Verbal notice is no good
