After 2 years of not going to a bojangles location due to abysmal service, I decided to give it another shot today at this location. Again, I was met with poor customer service but this time was even worse. I ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders combo. After I ordered, they told me they only had tea and water, but since I don't care for tea, wanted a soda. I was still charged full price of $11. The tenders I got were pathetic in size for what I paid, and weren't even fresh. I asked for ketchup for the fries, but they were out of that to. I disliked everything about this experience, I wish I had not gone.

I regularly frequent this location Store 13. I consistently get super customer service here. I need to give KUDOS to this location and its workers especially now with all the shortages and grief they receive from customers. I appreciate their patience, accuracy of my order and always letting me know that my coffee is regular when they don't have decaf rather than just giving it to me to get out of their drive thru.

I ordered the spicy fried chicken and was good & fresh., I ordered it with a side mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. Very good choice if you are craving fried chicken. The one star is for the horrible customer service from the staff from hell. Bad attitude towards the customers and a very disrespectful demeanor. The crew was cursing at each other, saying profanities out loud. I pointed out the issue to one of the male employees. I hope the owner of this place reads this review so he can take care of the issue. Way too many manny complaints about this place, too bad for the good food.

Horrible Service. First off I pulled up through the drive thru they told me that it was closed and I had to come in. I went in and ordered a #10 this is what they gave me a dry, fried chicken sandwich with no toppings (no pickles or mayonnaise). I asked if they could add lettuce and tomato they didn’t have that either. I also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal, they told me they didn’t have grilled chicken. On top of all of that the food was disgusting, dry and old. I’m never coming here again.
