My UPS driver has refuse picking up my outgoing prepaid labeled packages even if I have a scheduled delivery. He left me a note saying they're not suppose to pick up prepaid labeled outgoing packages that I have to bring them to a UPS Store now. Is that a new rule?

I absolutely have loved having a UPS Customer Service Center near me, but let's be honest COVID is over, mask mandates are off but, this "service center" is only open weekDAYS and 2 different "two hour periods" a day. It has been like this since COVID, started over two years ago. It's annoying to me and everyone who arrives to find out they are closed till 4pm? This service center should get back to servicing for the entire business day. Thank you!

I am so happy with this UPS facility. I had a package needing a signature, driver knocked but I was in the shower. I went to the customer service center after hours and a nice guy Luis helped me out. He told me the driver was still out. He offered to call me when the driver came back so I could drive up and grab it. He called and I showed up and he walked it out to me. So happy

As long as the customer counter is open still you can drop it off and it will be delivered in 2 days.
You will get help and you can buy boxes there to get them ready for shipping.
Its because we all want 2day Amazon shipping. Parking as close as possible to the delivery spot saves minutes. Multiply that by 200+ stops on the package car and this literally saves hours. Especially this time of year it pressures some drivers to make those bad decisions. It's not right but you and I may not get those important packages for xmas. For the record UPS does not condone that behavior. Please show a little tolerance since those people work really hard for us.
Yes you can but you need to check the UPS store they will drop it o In and have your ID with you
