Multiple times now I've been missing parts of my order. The patty was cold and spongy, and the fries tasted as if they've been sitting out for a week and tossed in a vat of salt.

If there was more stars then this location deserves more stars! Balbino & his staff are so friendly & welcoming. The food was some of the best Carl's JR I've had. This is my location if im in the mood for Carl's JR in the future. Thank you for your kindness Balbino.
