Joon was nothing short of fabulous during the process of tailoring my wedding dress. She took an appointment with me during peak wedding season when my original bridal shop was not a good fit for me and I had a negative experience. She saw me right away and got to work. I had a handful of tricky alterations I wanted her to make, and she was extremely calm, patient and always willing to go the extra step and extra appointment to make it happen.
