Very rude!! The lady that picked up the phone about a motorcycle license should be fired. The dmv website definitely says Military is waived for any written and driving test for a motorcycle license. She said it was wrong. Very incompetent. I asked for her name but she hung up. If you read this, I’m the guy that called from Italy.

Check-in was easy, and the woman at the desk was friendly and helpful. While I was waiting my turn, I could hear her being kind and caring, going the extra mile to help the elderly person in front of me. At the licensing window, the woman who helped me was great. She listened, was efficient, and took extra time and effort to take care of an issue. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

If I could give a one star I would . Long story short my residence is in Kansas I am taking care of my mother in OKC . I misplaced my license and I was in need of a replacement I attempted to do it online but 14 business days went by and I didn’t receive an update on my application. So before I proceeded to drive 2 hours and 45 minutes I called up to this location because it was the closets location to OKC. I spoke to a man at the front desk name Doug I verified with him to make sure I can receive either my ID card or a replacement Drivers License I also stated to him that I would be 21 in less than 2 weeks he told me everything is fine that it would not effect me getting my replacement drivers license or ID card. I arrive at the DMV facility in 2 hours and 45 mins just to only stay for 5 mins at the least before they told me I can’t get a replacement drivers license or ID card bcuz I will be 21 in less than 2 weeks . I told them the worker name which was Doug that I spoke to over the phone I also explained to Doug my situation how I’m currently in OKC until my mother heals from surgery . Now I’m left without any type of Identification bcuz God forbid but how I do claim an identity without any hard copy photo . The DMV told me they could print nothing out for me and I have to wait until I turn 21 . The point is I drove 2 hours and 45 mins for nothing wasted gas and paid tolls just to be turned around after the worker Doug verified for me that I would be able to come in with no issue.
