Machine ate my coins and staff member refused to refund it. There's water leaking from the roof, the floors dirty, and at one point i saw roaches in the laundromat. Definitely avoid this place if you can.

My comforter unknowingly ripped and cotton everywhere. The worker there on Thursday May 26th helped me, calmly with no complaints, and was very nice. I really felt bad for the mess, but I admired her patients and hard work! I can't wait to go back and tip the beautiful soul, 20 bucks! I had limited cash on me, but her attitude spoke volumes. TY

Literally one of my favorite places in Wichita, the only place I can study and focus, and it's always cleaned constantly throughout the day. Honestly I don't think I could find a better laundromat if I tried.

"THe bLanKeTS aNd coMfOrTErS haVE tO bE wAShED iN thE bIG wAShERs" Nah, I wash my small blanket, not even a comforter, in the small washers at EVERY other laundromat and have never had a problem. The blanket took up less room in the washer than my clothes. Yall are just greedy. If washing blankets go somewhere else, they're greedy and the lady is rude af. 🥴🤦🏻‍♀️
