If I could give this Walgreens a zero I would due to their pharmacy. Twice in a row I have had to call up the insurance company and get them to tell the walgreens that, yes, they do cover my medication. Never had this issue with ANY other location, but it has been both times I've tried to pick up my meds from here. I'm not paying literally 40 times more for my meds because the pharmacist or assistant isn't doing what they need to correctly. Cannot wait till I can tell my doctor next time to send it to literally ANY other pharmacy or location in network.

Decent store, but the location of the store is bc at busy intersection making it hectic to get in and out without traffic lining up before you. It’s kind of messy here as well.

I'm a 61 yo disabled man . Ive had a stroke, CHF, and other issues...I called in to ask about my meds they were suppose to switch approx 3 months ago. The first girl i could not understand her she had a dialect, i was nice and asked her if i could speak to someone else i had a hard time understanding her. she was very mean and rude. she hung up me 3 times.. she said her and her male manager was only ones there and he as giving shots...the fourth time i called i talked to another girl she said she had been there 15 minutes. so the first girl lied ...the second girl she was just a mean and asked me loudly "what do you want" very rude like.. i had to call back the 5x and this time i spoke to man in the store part of walgreens. he said his manager was on personal leave and not there...so i gave up and called corporate walgreens and told them how i was treated.. I believe i will take my biz else wheres...i will contact all the social medias in wichita kansas and surround areas and let them know how i was treated but not so much for me but what about the elderly ppl calling in how they suppose to get thru to them how are they being treated.

Only shop at the pharmacy and have always been impressed with the staff. They’re all very kind despite the stress they’re under when dealing with upset customers and a long line. When asking about a medication one of the pharmacists even suggested an alternative to my doctor which saved me almost $800 dollars. He didn’t have to do that but went out of his way, what a great experience.
