There are no words to explain how amazing this experience was!!! We were looking for last minute (week of) specialty flowers (Birds of Paradise) for our wedding, for simple bouquets for each of us. We emailed to ask about the possibility and we’re happily greeted with a YES! I called the shop and worked with them on what was needed and they could have them ready for us in time. Imagine our delight, picking up these flowers on our special day, greeted with friendly smiles and congratulations from the Janousek team. Let me start by saying Michael T. is amazing! We walked in on Thursday a few minutes before closing with an urgent need. We needed two large wedding arrangements for delivery on Friday. We also needed pedestals to put them on. Michael stepped right up to the task. We gave him the color scheme, and he even went above and beyond to help us find stores that sold pedestals. He created absolutely gorgeous arrangements for us. The owner even delivered them when we found out we needed them earlier. The bride and groom were very happy. Top notch service all around.
