Today is my best friend's birthday. It is also the day before Christmas Eve. I called five other flower shops that were closer to my friend's address, and everyone was outrageously expensive, too busy or closed. When I called Taylor's Flower Shop, I called with the expectation of ordering a generic option off their website and having it delivered the next day or more likely, next week. However, the person who answered the phone, Kelsey, was so very pleasant and accommodating! She offered to customize the bouquet, talked me through price point and offered to deliver it same day!!! 💕 10/10

Stopped in just to see if they had any premade bouquets, seeing they had none, I tried to leave. The lady working insisting on putting together a bouquet, even after I tried to excuse myself. I went ahead and stayed while she threw together a few carnations, no greens or anything fancy. I was charged $15 for this sad little bouquet and am really disappointed and feel ripped off.

Absolutely STUNNING bouquet. I had chosen the Designer's Choice and she knocked it out of the park. Ordered at 8 ish this morning and they were delivered before noon! Highly recommend. (Sorry the photo is blurry... it's a still from a video)
