I was able to check in online and walked right in when I got there. I asked for a shampoo and conditioning and the weird part is the back of my head is as dry as when I walked in. Guess it wasn't washed. After, she wanted to brush my hair. My hair is curly and coarse...there's no way a brush was getting through. Price was ok and the service was mediocre. I probably won't be back.

I no longer recommend this place to cut your hair. I’ve gone here a couple times and I liked how my hair was done. I come back this past weekend and a gentleman cuts my hair. Mind you I told him I wanted my hair short but doesn’t ask me how I part my hair. Doesn’t part my bangs to cut them either. He just starts cutting my hair. It was honestly the fastest hair cut I’ve ever had. When he’s done it seems nice from what I can see. He doesn’t ask if I want to see the back of my hair. Fast forward after my bath, I’m styling my hair and notice there’s a bunch of long random pieces throughout my hair and since he didn’t part my bangs there’s long pieces of hair there as well. I call the salon tell them the situation, they tell me come back in. The lady who helps me seems so annoyed that she has to fix her co workers sloppy work. She has me sit down and starts “fixing” my hair. She kept combing my cartilage piercing which was painful. I get up bc we’re supposedly finish and of course I still see some long pieces. She cuts them while I’m standing up. I’m just so over it, I’m like, it looks a little bit better. I come home to bathe again and style my hair and it just doesn’t look right. My hair looks like it’s still in different lengths. I feel disappointed that I had to go through all this to still be unhappy with how my hair looks.
