Hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management team is wonderful, their maintenance guys are amazing, and the apartments are beautiful. I have a rowdy pup and while we’ve been having him go through obedience training they have all been so kind about it. No pet fee, great staff, nice neighbors! There’s absolutely nothing I would change or could complain about.

A dog on the floor, that my neighbor has is howling all day and the resident of the room (the owner of a dog) doesn’t do anything about it. I am pretty sure the leasing managers are aware. However, they won’t do anything. Not very good management as well. I am not sure if they are working or just sitting. I would give a 0 star to the management, but the location, surroundings are not so bad. Rent is reasonable, pets live free and there’s plus things as well. But not the management. If you want the management to work better, this is not the place for you.

I want this apartment to be new residency for the next few years but my lease I am currently in contract with ends in the 1st week of November 2020. When will these apartments be ready to move into? Are they finished being built?

Fantastic customer service and beautiful units. I recently found these awesome apartments that were near the area I was looking for and in my price range. Leona Helped me through the application process and the tour of the complex. She is extremely helpful and very patient with you. She will answer any questions politely and is very knowledgable. I am looking forward to living here and am certain I will have no problems during my lease. Very professional and 100% recommend these to anyone who is interested!
