This is a Senior Mobile Home Park. It's quite large & very nice. Fees seem to be average, great amenities; eg pool, recreation room w/activities, multiple lakes (ponds) throughout the park, they have an area for RV parking, it's is animal friendly & safe living & for walking (no sidewalks but streets are wide enough for cars & people & pets). I'm sure there are many other things but I don't live there, my Mother-in-law just moved in, so haven't had a chance to see everything offered. It does lock up at night, you need a controller or call for entrance after 9 pm I believe. It's a great location, everything you need is close, lots within walking distance. I would & have recommended to other friends & family. Close to major fwys, The Great Park, Disneyland, Beaches.

This is a very clean and well kept park. There are many activities for the residents such as dinners, talents shows, holiday gatherings.

Nicest mobile home park I've ever seen. Maximum upkeep and cleanliness. Nicest residents on earth. Feels like the comfy 1970s and 80s.

I've lived here for 8 yrs and yes they have secure rv storage for a very reasonable price.
The community charges a "space rent" or lease.
They do. I think it's one animal up to 25 lbs.
