The check in process is terrible! There is no one at the desk. A patient before me couldn’t figure out how to sign in due to the ipad scanner not being functional. So it put me past the checkin time limit. There is nobody to get help from. I told the phlebotomist about it and she told me, “I don’t know what to tell you.” Unacceptable customer service. At over $230 per blood draw and a large line of patients this company can have a better system.

Rude people working there. Wouldnt even come to the front to answer my knock on the door. After 10mins of waiting. Huge fail quest. Bad customer service.

Rodrigo was awesome! I'm not a fan of needles and have had one horrible experience with them in my past (9 tries to get a vein!) He was thoughtful, realized I had small veins, and then went and got a smaller needle. He was friendly and professional keeping a positive conversation throughout the test, I can't imagine how it could have gone better, great experience!

I went to questdiagnostics.com chose the location and went to schedule appointment.
we've gone in twice without an appointment and they move fast. Probably want to try and call to set an appointment to make sure
