Main pool was heated, plus jacuzzi was accessible. Lots of sand for gkids to run around in and build sand castle 🏯.

I’ve been here now for both the swimming recreational use and now the indoor clubhouse and overall both have been great experiences. The swimming is awesome with the lagoon and pool etc, no complaints there. My most recent visit was for a wedding reception which was held inside the clubhouse. Everything was great except they offered no air conditioning. Unless it was broken which I don’t think was the case, I was shocked there was no air system. There were over 100 guests and coming inside from an 80 degree day outside wedding ceremony I was definitely looking forward to cool air but instead I was miserably hot. I had to go outside to cool off from the inside heat. Considering the cost to rent the clubhouse I would think it offered air conditioning or at least a fan system. I will definitely go back for outdoor swimming, but I will only go back to the indoor clubhouse in the dead of winter.

I am generally always having a problem with one particular staff member, have to repeat myself multiple times and she never believes the photo on my card is actually me. Gym and pools are very nice though.

Language of some guests at the pools can be pretty fowl, nothing is said or done about it. They have strict rules but don't enforce them. Facility is nice and pools are generally clean.

No, it is private, being that you have to live within a specific neighborhood tracts. It's also a HOA.
