Use this shop for tire rotations and alignments. Service has been good would.recomend if you need to use their service book the appointment takes a lot.of guess out of the work on time.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Paid for new tires, balance, and alignment. Received a car with new tires and nothing else. Had to take it to discount tire to have it aligned and balanced. I’m literally sick to my stomach with the shabby, shady work done here. The staff cuts corners and are incredibly rude with zero communication between any of them. Take your car anywhere else or you’ll end up paying triple just to fix their mistakes

Took my brand new 10 month old vehicle into Firestone to get my tire patched as I had a screw in it. Firestone told me that they couldn’t patch the tire as it had punctured the side wall of my tire. They informed me that they had to put on a new tire and quoted me a price of $180 ish dollars for full labor and to put the tire on. I told them that would work and to replace the tire itself. I got a call back five minutes later stating that they don’t have the tire in stock for that price, but they have a different tire and that plus the labor is going to be $450+. I proceeded to ask why it was almost triple what the initial cost was going to be and they said something in the computer went wrong prior and that was with the cost with alignment for the new tire. They then quoted me a price of $250 for the tire. I don’t understand how the price points kept jumping around but nonetheless, I told them to replace the tire at the $250 price point. After agreeing to that, they told me that the mechanic didn’t feel comfortable replacing just one tire on my vehicle as it was All Wheel Drive and that I needed to replace all four tires on my vehicle due to tread differential. It was going to be close to $800. My vehicle that is less than one year old and has less than 10,000 miles on it. I told them I’d take it elsewhere to have a second opinion on it and went on my way after a simple tire patch couldn’t be taken care of. After five minutes at a different shop, they told me they would patch the tire up with zero issues. I now have a patched tire and I’m only out $20 instead of the train wreck that Firestone almost caused me. I’ll never go there again in my lifetime.
