I’ve witnessed the staff talking bad about customers after they head to their tanning room. Every time I come in they are gossiping like middle school girls. If you have something negative to say about a customer I recommend being an adult and just telling them to their face. Customer service is bad, and the managing is just as bad. Not to mention their prices are outrageous. Stick with Sun Tan City.

I think the beds are great and the people are really nice but if you cant tan for 24 hours I think the place should have the same hours for every day of week. If I'm spending money on tanning I would like to go everyday if I could. I have been going there for only 2 weeks due to my gym being close but overall it's a good place its just the hours with the whole 24 hour law. :)

Love this place! All the staff are super friendly, especially Caressa. The salon is always clean and has an upbeat atmosphere. I've never had to wait for a bed, even the upgraded beds. The beds are amazing, with plenty of features. And the beds are never hot from a previous tanner. A big thank you to the staff for being so friendly and helpful !!!

I feel that your upgrades, promotions, sales Etc are not well explained to the customer. I consider myself a fairly intelligent person, and I have a difficult time understanding how the pricing and upgrades are managed at your St Joseph Missouri facility. , I don't know if it's a crossover issue as far as training? But, it's something that the store could improve on. The staff are very friendly and helpful in every other way. The salon is clean and well kept.
