The meal was taking an exceedingly long time to come out, I walked to the kitchen and the staff was hanging out, eating and preparing meals for the employees that were leaving. There was customers food sitting on the ready board. The food that came out eventually was cold and unpleasant to say the least. The hamburger was GREY! We waited for a long time at basically every turn including paying the check, so we went up front to pay. Won't be back. Sad sad sad. Avoid if at all possible.

My food came out 10 minutes before my friends and my chicken fingers were the tiniest little pale things. Casey's gotta better chicken fingers. Waitress was great other than that!

Terrible. We had no problems getting right in and getting waited on. It was the waiting to be served our food where we had an issue. There should be no reason everyone in the party isn't served food the same time, there was only 2 of us. I was served 1st and waited a bit before eating so I could eat at the same time as my spouse. After I was half way through eating the waitress then came out to tell us the WINGS he ordered wouldn't be out for another 9 minutes. You are literally BUFFALO WILD WINGS and the wings didn't come out for at least another 25-30 minutes after the first plate was served and the other person in the party was done eating. The whole point of having a meal together is to eat at the same time and not watch someone else eat before you are served. Maybe tell the customers if it's going to take a bit on the wings to give them an option to order something else. We could have went to a pizza shop and gotten wings faster. We had also been told the service was bad like this by other people. We won't be back.

I real hope health inspectors and upper management see these. Me and my girlfriend arrived at 7 on a Tuesday evening to what was the most disgusting place I’ve ever sat down to eat at. Food all over the tables and trash all over the floors while about 4 of the waitresses sat up front on their phones. I ordered a blue moon which I was unable to drink because the glass was so filthy. When the food finally arrived I felt like I was eating left overs off someone else’s plate in which then I just decided it was best to leave. This place needs to be shut down and whoever is in charge of it should not be allowed to be involved in this type of business ever again. I give it a negative 5 stars and would recommend people to go through a drive through instead of going here.
