Extremely disappointing!!! If I could give a zero I would! I have have been coming to this location for a number of years since it was providence. I have never EVER had a problem with any one at the front desk. They are usually very pleasant and professional! Never have I been so disrespected. Your front desk person FELCIA!!! she needs some people skills training. At least to the African American patients that walk in . The Sr women of European decent her tone was completely different with her than that of me. I did not appreciate her tone or her candor. Nor did I appreciate being lied on as a patient. I just came in there for a Covid test and wanted copies of what I signed. This FELICIA PERSON first tells me in a condensing tone to go have a seat, then Just plants the documents on the counter and accuses me of first ignoring her then saying I acknowledging her with a one finger up telling her to wait while I was on the phone. I saw that you have cameras in this location and I bet what she says will NOT LINE up with her accusation. I don’t know if she was mad that she had to come to work today or what, but she was RUDE and attitude was extremely unprofessional! When I told her you have to be a little more interpersonal when at the front desk. Her response was “ I gave you what you gave me.” Tossing a paper to me abruptly. I dont know what that meant but asking for documentations that you’ve sign does not warrant someone being unprofessional and just plain old rude. Who does that???As the patient I have every right to request any documentation that I put my signature. Apparently as a new staff member she needs some training on how to deal with the public. If this is how you treat your patients now, I will NOT return. Rest assure I will share my experience with my colleagues and professionals.

The staff is very friendly. The clinic is exceptionally clean. Hardly no wait time. If I could make one suggestion. When a repeat patient returns we should just have to verify that our already submitted info is correct instead of having to complete the document each time. Other than that It's a great place. Easy to find. I would definitely recommend to a family member or friend.

Truly one of the most pleasant visits I’ve ever had to an urgent care. Given, no one was hemorrhaging and there were no broken bones involved, but I took my 91 year old father with dementia which comes with its own set of difficulties. The staff were beyond professional and courteous - they were downright welcoming and friendly! The facility was clean and bright and we were seen with very little wait time. Although I hope to not have to go back anytime soon, should I ever need urgent care in that area I would gladly go back!

Working in production you sometimes need test results immediately! In order to work, you have to have this, and sometimes you have no lead time. I can ALWAYS get my test done, and have my results the same day. The lab is onsite so waiting 2 or 3 days just does t work. I am happy to know that these offices are all over LA County and easily accessible. The ladies at this office have been so amazing each time I pop in for my COVID Test!
