I’m so grateful for the team at playa vista urgent care. I’ve been here twice and the people are so caring and efficient and the facility is the best I’ve ever seen for urgent care. My urgent care doctor Dr. Shim and Solange in particular have both shown so much care and urgency in following up with me and all subsequent tests I needed in a short time frame. I felt seen and like they cared about my well-being and believed me which has gone such a long way in getting me connected to the care I need. Thank you so much!

Came here a while back due to ear pain. Staff and doctor I interacted with were all very professional and helpful. The inside itself was very modern and clean compared to other urgent cares I’ve seen. They have dedicated parking spots next to the entrance in the garage.

I went in for a Covid test because I was feeling unwell. I must say this office is my favorite urgent care that I have ever been to and really appreciate the bedside manner that I received. I interacted with Dr. Patel. He was very knowledgeable and very charismatic so he helped make the visit a pleasant experience. The person that conducted the test was LVN Lasette Jones. She was so kind and professional! She even went out of her way to ask me if I needed a doctor's note for time off since I was feeling unwell. I appreciate that she took the time to go out of her way and offer. It shows that she clearly has her patient's best interests at heart. I had quit my job recently and didn't need it, but I still appreciate the clear concern that she had for me. I felt like this was an office that prioritizes a patient's health by the fact that she even offered in the first place. Both of these amazing individuals clearly need a raise! I am grateful that in these tumultuous times, I have an urgent care that I can rely on.
