I call my agent (Nickie Weyrauch) regarding that I wanted to cancel my policy, and the agent husband answer the call stating that he was the agent and he was not going to cancel the policy until I send them the declaration page of my new policy. I told him that I wanted to speak with Nickie my agent and he said no by raisin his voice. Bad customer service. I will never go back to Allstate.

Jonathan and Nickie Weyrauch stepped into help, knowing the additional coverage would only be needed until we moved out of state at the end of the week.
