I took a seat in an specifically asked for a new cushion an leather. After 2 weeks passed I returned to get my motorcycle seat. SMH an he had the audacity to look me in my face an lie. I got home an checked my seat only to find out he hood winked me. Same old cushion glued downed an a fake piece of leather. That is the 1st an last time I'll use him 1st impressions are everything.

They replaced my bucket seat covers and the work was poorly done. The seats didn't match they added padding to one and not the other and they look sloppy. Will not use them again.

I took my car to have Mr. Gonzalez assess the torn upholstery and give me a quote. He promised to call me back. He never did. So i drove there again (about 15 miles) a week later. He said he still didn't have the required materials in. Mr Gonzalez promised to call me in a week when the materials would be available. Four weeks on, he has not. He obviously has no time for "smaller" jobs and his customer service is deplorable. I was never once asked to sttep into the office when i went but had to sit in my car under the scorching sun. It's better to let a customer know the deal upfront so they can go elsewhere insteacvvcc d of leading them on and literally leaving them stranded.
