We’ll make sure that the Qualified Caregivers we match with your loved one has diagnosis-specific experience. In other words, if your loved one’s diagnosis is dementia, we’ll make sure we have a Qualified Caregiver who has previous experience working with clients with dementia.
That’s one of the great things about working with 123 Home Care. We’ll gather your feedback, go back to the drawing board, and select a new Qualified Caregiver who may be a better fit. We’re happy to continue doing that until you and your loved one have someone you’re absolutely satisfied and comfortable with! That’s part of our ‘Comfort Match’ Guarantee. The great thing is that we have a huge team of high quality Qualified Caregivers; and, therefore, we can replace any given caregiver very easily. We appreciate how intimate of a service this is, and our team of caregivers allows us to make sure that we have the right caregiver to take care of your loved one. Other companies, simply can’t do this.
No, we don’t have any contracts. All we have is an agreement, which simply states that you agree to pay for the care that you receive, but you aren’t locked into any long-term contract or a minimum number of hours per day. Additionally, you can cancel anytime without penalty.
123 Home Care is a non-medical home care company that provides Qualified Caregivers into the homes of our clients (typically seniors) who need assistance with Activities of Daily Living (or ADLs). By making the process easier and more convenient, we’re able to help our clients maintain their happiness, well-being, safety, and independence in the comfort of their own homes by assisting them with daily activities, such as bathing, restroom activities, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, walking, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, medication management, transportation and companionship.
As an alternative to staying in a nursing facility or having a family member provide assistance, many families choose to receive “non-medical home care” services that allow their loved one to maintain their independence while remaining in the comfort of their own home and receive the one-on-one care they need from an experienced Qualified Caregiver.
