I mistakenly showed up here 2000 miles after receiving a service. The previous service allowed me 5000 miles before needing service again. I should have been notified when I arrived that I did not need service, because their system told them that I had recently been here and did not need an oil change. I was not notified, and am disappointed.

Last time ever. Never using this chain again. Waited for over 30 minutes, 3 other cars were finished before I even started. The whole point of this place is convenience.

Quick service with nice workers, got greeted by the girl I think named Monica and right after she went to work quick on another car in front of me and pretty much did a whole tire rotation by herself she kept up like the guys not to often you see women in a male dominated industry, everyone here is dedicated you can just tell. Made my service fast didn’t even realize my oil change was done ! Definitely great team to go to for your services !

Eric and Auva are absolutely phenomenal!!! I usually go to the Brea one, but I have now made this location my home. Such excellent service, quality and care. Thanks y'all!!!! As always, beyond phenomenal service and they all work amazingly well together That Auva is just amazing, beyond and the manager Fidel changed my oil today.
