We had a technician named Elias come to help us clear the drain from our washing machine standpipe out to our main home water drain. Elias was knowledgeable, polite, hard working, and easy to talk to. He taught me A LOT about how my home's plumbing works and about what we might need to do for our specific case scenario. He made sure I understood what was possible and what might be expected since we have cast iron drain pipes in our home. He was able to clear out our drain, kept the work space clean and tidy even after our drain backed up on him and spilled dirty water on the floor, and cleaned up everything once he was done. If every technician at Roto-Rooters is anything like Elias, then I highly recommend using their services. Before he left he even gave me realistic suggestions for concerns I had about other plumbing issues I had for my home. I will definitely be using their services again. Thanks Elias!

Prices have increased immensely. The same job I paid 225 for 5 years ago was 440 dollars last week. They were unable to get a camera snake out the first day, but they were able to fix the problem the first day. The second day the camera person that was supposed to be there between 8 and noon showed up at 4 pm after the 3 different calls I had to make. Although I appreciate the quick response time from the time of my first call, I will try and find another company/person that won't nickel and dime me, or try and talk me out of included services like the first person that came tried to talk me out of the camera. (The camera was included with my price, and even though the problem was fixed I still wanted to make sure my outside pipes were ok). I was quoted $3,600 to place a cleanout system. Turns out when the camera guy showed up, there was a hidden clean out spot I never knew about.
