We came across them after battling with our home warranty company after at least 2 other companies came out saying there was nothing wrong. After having the AC inspected by someone not related to the home warranty company we fought for a third company to come. They mentioned a couple of names, and I went with Aire Serve due to their reviews. Aire Serve finally fixed the AC problem we had had for over 6 months (a problem the previous company had supposedly fixed). They properly installed a new unit up to code, they had great communications skills, they were on time, and accommodated us in a very busy season. When our drainage pipe clogged I fought to have them sent to us again because I truly would not trust any other company with out HVAC.

I will use this company again! They were quick to get me scheduled. They called the day before to confirm and then gave me a call to let me know when they were on their way. I have never had a company do that before. My technician was Jason and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me. He explained why the part needed to be replaced and what would happen if it was not repaired. Thank you, Aire Serv!!
