Samaritan house is a halfway house. It's a nice place. 600 dollars a month rent. Dorm type sleeping arrangements. I'm pretty sure it's 4 per room and up.

2/22 WARNING Beware your property is not safe there among bunch of Thieves !!! No safety when you go to work, leave ,etc..SHAMEFUL. Terrible No security. People are struggling trying to get their lives together then to have your personal belongings stolen is Horrendous.

They won't waive the deposit, that has to be paid in full before his date. They do accept the rental voucher as payment afterwards.

Pre-approved by Parole & Probation. Initial payment $330 for 3 weeks incl. meals (pretty good food). Thereafter, $110 /wk. They will accept $400 rent voucher for a full month. However, tennants are required to stay clean and sober (enforced), attend 7 mandatory in-house AA meetings per week, and be inside between 11pm and 530am. Took me 6 weeks from time of payment to get bed (others took less) and released. Call Kevin, Darrin or James; M-F 9am-4pm to make arrangements. Happy homecomming!
