Wow! Super surprised at the horrible customer service I received over the phone. I have gotten my oil changed here before and had no problem but had a question about coming back and was talked to very rudely and got no help at all. Went from liking them to disliking real quick :(

I always use them to change oil in my business car. Quick fast an easy. I had a issue with minor oil leaking after a change. I brought it back an they changed my gasket no costs with no arguments, offered to pay, Mike said you are my customer and I appreciate you. Made my day. Thank you for good service on my VW and thanks for foxy for hiring Mike

They Absolutely demolished my oil pan. They said it was done by the last oil change which was also performed by them. I changed the oil pan and found some real hack work in there. Tons of rtv and a garbage drain plug were used and they stood by it! Oh and they cut the splash shield out to remove the oil filter instead of removing 6 screws to do it properly. I watched them do it and they denied it. I will never return to them for anything.
