I love DD. Sadly it will be a past time favorite. 2 coffees and 2 hash browns totaled $10.01. That was nuts!

Third time in a week, 6th time in 2 months. I ordered on the mobile app with no butter in the side. I even told the lady on speaker, please put butter on the crossaint, oh yes sir. Did they listen. Nope. Tired of this.

Positives: Food was good once I went home and hooked it up. Not all employees were rude. Mobile order was ready when I got to the window. Negatives: I joined the drive-thru line at this DD, and there were a few cars ahead of me. But compared to other DDs, the line did move kinda slow. Not a huge deal, but something I noticed. When I get to the window the girl (young, Hispanic, dark hair) starts to give me someone else’s order. I get my order and ask for ketchup. She flatly says “we don’t have any” in a dismissive tone. No hi, thank you, have a nice day, sorry, nothing. I pull off and get ketchup from Cumberland Farms, where they also serve breakfast sandwiches. I open my DD bag, take out one of my sandwiches and it had bacon on it instead of the sausage that I requested when I made the mobile order. I go back to the restaurant and take my bag back inside because I didn’t want to wait in the slow drive-thru line. I go inside and explain wrong order to one woman and she goes to get another woman (older Hispanic woman with gray streaked hair). The Hispanic woman rushes me along as I explain that my order was made wrong and demands the sandwich so, as she said, she can throw it away. She dumps the sandwich (what a waste) and throws a new sandwich together and gives it to me. This sandwich looks so dry and haphazardly thrown together. When I ask her why the cheese isn’t melted, she says they only melt cheese on grill cheese sandwiches. Something tells me to ask her for ketchup, and she easily hands me ketchup packets even though the girl at the window said they didn’t have any. At this point, I mentioned the ketchup discrepancy to the older woman, gathered my bag and left. She gave me no hi, thank you, sorry, have a nice day, nothing. The rudeness of the employees was the biggest issue. Also, when other restaurants get my order wrong they usually don’t take the wrong item back. They usually tell me to keep it and at least act like they care about the customer experience. And the ketchup issue speaks for itself. Why would someone come here and pay around $5 to $6 per breakfast sandwich and get treated indifferently and rude when they can go to McDonald’s and use their app to get $1 breakfast sandwiches and at least receive decent customer service? Also, they Are always out of advertised coffee flavors. Past employees have also been rude and lazy. I think I’ll start going to the DD up by Walmart from now on.

This is the best location I’ve ever been so far! Food is always tasty and cooked well. Also, these guys are dealing with such a crazy amount of customers sometimes but they’re always very efficient, and you would think employees would be really overwhelmed to deal with so many customers, but they’re always so friendly and polite! If they didn’t get a raise yet they definitely should get one! They deserve a raise!!! P.S. They make the best avocado toast! 🤗

You should be able to, this is what I could find about your question. With On-the-Go Ordering, DD Perks members can place a mobile order up to 24 hours in advance, select their desired location, and then simply confirm via the new Dunkin' Donuts Mobile App when they are ready to pick up their order inside the restaurant, or at the drive-thru.
