Horrible customer service, they have absolutely no care about people's pick-up needs. Making me wait for an urgent package they are holding to be delivered in 2 days, when I could have picked it up today. They're only 15 mins away and would not allow me to go pick up Smh

Let's just say that if your package ends up at this facility even for just a stop that you can expect it to to not be delivered until way later on. I had a package depart from here for a friend's birthday and it took them A WEEK AND A HALF to actually send the thing out and therefore it was late. Really hate this facility

I was having trouble tracking my package that was late and called this location. Lisa answered on the other end and was very helpful she made sure that i was completely satisfied and made sure my delivery was processed after it being late for so long! Lisa deserves the recognition! thank you for helping out in such a hard time during the pandemic!!
