Went here for urgent care, but it's run like a clinic. Doesn't matter if you are having breathing issues or other serious, it's first come first serve regardless of your health issues. They told me I needed to wait in my car for over an hour.... In over 90 degree weather because they don't support patients waiting inside. Normally this had been my go to for urgent care but things seem to have seriously changed for the worse! _______________________ I lucked out that they had someone no show and they were able to get me in and treated quickly. I am still highly concerned about having the system setup like a clinic and not an urgent care.

I believe I saw Dr. Mandy Pinkerton- absolutely wonderful physician. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. She listened to everything I had to say and made me feel very cared for and understood. I'm still not 100%, but I'm way better than I was before and I can actually breathe without coughing constantly (thanks allergies). This was my second time at this walk-in and I absolutely recommend you all. Thank you so much.

Went to this Urgent Care because my boys were sick with a virus. The day started well for us until we got there. The atmosphere felt heavy and it started with a strong "do you have a mask" and "How can I help you". Which didn't make us feel welcomed. Anyway, the nurse Gina attended the boys and not only was she loud but rude as well. It's not what she said it was how she was saying it, if you know what I mean. I will try to find somewhere else where they treat their patients with care and dignity. I will try not to go there again 🤦.

The other night our 4 year old daughter accidently slammed her finger in the car door. From the second we walked into the door, we could see how much your staff truly cares for their patients. The Tech that was greeting people at the time we walked in jumped right to trying to find a way to get our daughter seen ASAP. After she spoke to the PA in attendence she brought us right to a room for consultation with the PA in private. They then took an X-Ray of our daughters hand and while we were waiting to be seen again the PA peeked his head in to let us know that thank God there were no broken bones. When the PA came back into the room, he had our daughter do some stuff to test the strength of her hand, he made her feel like he was her friend. He turned something that could be a terrifying experience for get into something fun that she truly enjoyed. She was bragging to everyone she talked to about what he had her do to test her strength. Him and your staff truly are one of a kind and I have never gone to any urgent care and met a team who cares so much for their patients. This was all in a busy night too. Your staff should receive an award for their dedication to their patients. You have more than exceeded our expectations. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
