Terrible. Went there and there were no waffle cones. Next time the person who made the waffle cone had broke it all the way down the middle so ice cream was dripping out everywhere, didn't even give a cup to put it in. It was a mess. Next time drive-thru was blocked off so you couldn't go through but the lobby has been closed since covid so you couldn't get in at all, yet the sign said open. This time was told they couldn't serve ice cream right now because of staffing.??? What? Worst Baskin-Robbins ever.

Shift change was a disaster at 10:20 pm. There were no orders taken for 10 + minutes at the drive thru. The lobby was closed due to Covid. The service was unacceptable and very inefficient. This is a very poor way of doing business.

Waited 20 min at the drive thru before I got to order. Ice cream is full of ice shards, just tasted like an ice cup. Extremely shady location, sketchy people wandering in and out of the back of the store, didn’t feel safe. Won’t be back

First ice cream scoop I had was low on flavor and high on ice crystal content. The second scoop was more of a half scoop and when I mentioned it to the server I was ignored. He was so eager to get back to the donut side of the store that he charge my friend and I together without asking. (We were separate) I haven't been to Baskin Robbins in years and now it will be a really long time before I will be dragged back.
