dont drop your pet off for an appointment here. i received my cat back soaked in her own pee after 8 1/2 hours (finally i had to call to ask when i could pick her back up and they said they were “waiting to ask me a question” despite never calling me). vet was also rude.

Wish I could rate zero stars. Short story is my dog was sick with a stomach problem while we were on a trip in Savannah. No vet in town was able to fit him in and I was given a 2 hr wait estimate on the phone for these guys. When my dog did not improve, I brought him here to wait. When I arrived I was given a 2-3 hr wait estimate. I sat in the car outside for 2 hrs then asked for an update. She then told me it would be an ADDITIONAL 2 hours. Mind you, that would be just about the time this place was supposed to close. I just went back to the place we were staying and they called later and left a voicemail that actually they couldn’t see him today. Imagine if I had sat outside an animal hospital in the car for 4 hours just to be told I couldn’t be seen. Not that anyone working here cares, but my dog was seen by my home vet and given meds that helped him. Thanks for nothing. If your dog is sick, come here if you wanna waste your time.

Great access to appointments, easy booking online, text reminders, professional front desk, sweet and kind technicians, skilled veterinarian. slightly pricey. is it worth it? yes. you get what you pay for. ill be back
