Not sure what's happening but it almost seems like the care isn't there unless it's the two older dudes. The other employees seems to have a lack of interest in helping people. Also when placing orders online I never get the email letting me know when my parts are there and I always have to call to find out. This is definitely annoying when working on someone's car and not your own. Not sure if that's the computer or something else. Seem to definitely have better treatment every time at the Madison location and a larger selection of parts in stock as well.

Most of the time got stuff you need. Good help is hard to find. Tons of questions they can't answer and or just don't care. Staff friendly is a 5 of 10. I'd rather drive to another place. No deals or coupons when you go in and drop 500. Rebates are bogus and force you to in store credit on mail in rebates.

This little hide away location is right on Main street across from Giant eagle. I worked next door to this location for months and went in one day after years of being a loyal Napa customer. The associates took all the time to help me make a decision on the best product for me and even asked about my car, model, etc. later I went to make a performance intake for my 2011 Dodge Avenger and not only as I given expert advice but I was coached through my ignorance of cars by the awesome staff. upon purchasing spark plugs months later, not ONLY was I given a discount but the staff showed me a product comparison AND INSTALLED these parts for me. Just when i thought it couldn't get better I purchased a performance exhaust muffler for my car and the Manager (Chuck) went and looked under my car, and the 4 associates proceeded to map out the piping, get me a great deal on a Flow master super 44 series delta flow, and dealt with my learning by experience the whole time. I could never say anything to rightly showcase how knowledgeable and professional these ladies and gentleman are. They will go the extra mile to help you, with the best price, experience, and customer service. So glad we have a local business like this. Thanks to Chuck, Jeff, Bob, Tony , Betty, Shane, and anyone I may have missed. You guys are an amazing team and i love having your experience to guide me and others through honest and kind support. This store is a gem to the O'reilly's name.
