I had a rep here tell me that insurance was mandatory to add it to my account and if I wanted to cancel it I have to call on my own while the manager was there looking at him. What kind of workers lie to customers and its really the manager that told his reps to say that lie

The gentlemen working there this evening when I went in, were phenomenal. Filled with information and made everything very simple for me. The manager was wonderful and took time to explain the way my new bill would look (it lowered! Amazing!) and helped me get setup with my new watch! 100/10 on customer service. I will definitely make this AT&T my go to from now on, customer service goes a super long way and these guys make it known that you are their priority and will answer anything you need to know.
