Dr Hertzig was so good with my granddaughter. She is always so nice and sweet. I would recommend her to anyone. When I first came there my granddaughter saw Dr. Hoover. Absolutely no bedside manner or patience with my granddaughter. He was actually quite rude.

The staff and Doctor could not have made my grand daughter feel any more comfortable and at ease. She is only five. They were all cheerful and pleasant. They answered all questions and explained things so we could understand. Dr. Dawn Herzig and the whole staff are exceptional. Hopefully our problem can be solved without surgery.
