Won a machine through here. It's a two person operation. Couldn't get calls returned or even a quote for a new machine. Nice folks but they need to hire some help.

People please understand the difference between this business selling a trade in and selling via consignment (basically on behalf of someone). With a trade in I was told they will put the machine through an inspection. Through consignment they will sell it without looking at it. Not care for your safety. I have a quad with a cracked radiator. I asked if they sold it via consignment for me if I told them it was perfect, is that what they’d tell a potential buyer. The answer I received is yes. I say this because my first time riding a machine purchased from there the muffler glowed red and it started a fire. Take my advice, go to a place more trustworthy, that would put their reputation or name on the line unless the machine is thoroughly inspected for your safety.

I took my bike to Triple A back in July 2020 to get a laundry list of work done. I knew it was a project before hand but I ran out of knowledge and space to repair it myself. I even typed up a letter explaining the situation and what services I wanted completed. When I dropped my bike off, I was told it would be a week until they would "diagnose" it since they claimed they were backed up. Fast forward SIX WEEKS and I finally received a phone call saying they looked at the bike and they gave me a quote for the work to be completed. I gave them approval to complete the work for the quoted price. Fast forward to the TWO MONTH point since drop off, I received another call stating they could not complete the work and the mechanic's "boss" wants the bike out of there and they wouldn't charge me if I came and grabbed it. I was upset to say the least. About a week and a half after receiving note about picking up the bike, I showed up bright and early to get the bike. I also had to make arrangements for storage in the meantime for a bike that does not run. When I showed up I was told that they did an oil change (which is a service I requested, but was never notified they completed) and I owed them triple figure money for oil an hour of labor (car dealerships don't even charge you an hour's labor to change oil). Mind you my bike is a naked sport bike, and requires no body panels to be removed to drain or fill the oil, and change the filter. I was fuming, but after being up most of the night, I was too tired to argue with them. I wanted nothing to do with this shop anymore at that point. The staff were friendly and did help me load the bike into the back of my truck. So I ended up with a bike that doesn't run, but it has fresh oil! That makes a huge difference right? *sarcasm* So after over two months I ended up with a bike that is no different than when I dropped it off. Still does not run, only moving with man power... but it has fresh oil!! That makes such a difference!!! *sarcasm* I was thinking about possibly buying a new bike in the spring time from them, but after this experience I will never step foot on that property again or think about doing business with them. Very sad that I was a willing, paying customer and they just turned me away after holding possession of my bike for two months. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere! Note: Dee at the service counter was friendly and helpful, along with the rest of their staff I interacted with, but that's about the only decent thing I can say about my experience with Triple A. Update 11/2020: new ownership has taken over and I received my money back for the oil change.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! Tooke my bike in for service 2 tires and an oil change. Both rims are scratched and he stripped the oil plug and refuses to own up to his mistakes and fix it . Owner is also the mechanic he will not fix the problem . I hope they all get cancer!!
