Update: prompt response from foxes plus overall taste and quality normally, makes me need to bump this back up. My one star review was in haste for someone that made a mistake when I was starving and expected what I normally get. A decent pizza. And hopefully they didn't realize it that dropping it in the box would cause everything to shove together and melt together. Will add stars if final product arrives better.. Original review: Pizza was obviously dropped If I wasn't so hungry I would have called for a refund and gotten food somewhere else.

Very disappointed; the quality of our hoagies was not acceptable. There was barley any meat on our sandwiches. 😏

Can I ask since when it is Fox's policy to complain about my order with the other employees, while I am on the phone with them? We have ordered from you for years and she made it our last! She could have just said something to me!
