Just checked out at CVS and had a terrible experience. Not only did they ruin 10 dollars worth of coupons, they acted like I was trying to scam them. They're Enfamil rebate coupons, everywhere else in Meadville can process them. Learn your register protocols!! Only gave 2 stars because the cashier was decent. Monica the Mgr didn't even apologize for outing me ten dollars. Unfortunate that they were the only ones that had the formula I needed. Just reaffirmed why I hate shopping here!!

As a shut in I requested help arranging prescription delivery, I was ignored. When I then tried to transfer my prescriptions to a pharmacy closer to my home I was met with resistance. One of my 90 day prescriptions was even switched to a to 30 day with same # of refills for no apparent reason. My new pharmacy suggested I get new prescriptions from my doctor, as CVS does not transfer prescriptions. I have never been to such an unhelpful CVS.

I have my medications filled at CVS every month. I had a script filled on the 14th of April and on the 17th feeling like I paid too much. I bought in a savings card and was refunded a substantial amount. However, by doing that an issue came out of the refund, bc it was telling the computer at CVS that I picked my order up on the 17th of April and not when I actually picked it up, which was the 14th. When I came to refill for May the computer told them the wrong information. After multiple calls and trying to explain why. I called and asked for the pharmacist and explained my grievence. Still not able to resolve the issue I hung up frustrated. 15 minutes later I get a call from CVS saying they found and fixed the issue. Erin who works in the pharmacy looked into the issue and found the error and brought it to the pharmacist attention. I would like to thank Erin and Lora for treating me like a human and not treating me like just a name or another prescription. Thank you Erin and Lora, you are 2 employees who made me feel special and more than a customer. Again thank you Sooo Much! ~Jeff~

Worse pharmacy ever. I stopped before noon today and was told my prescription wasn't ready, that it would be about 20 minutes. I said I'd stop back. It is now 4:15 PM and the prescription still isn't ready. Maybe by tomorrow they can get it done. I hate this place. Thanks Obamacare care for forcing me to use this sub standard pharmacy.

You'll have to go to the site or call the store. It's advertised, but I'm sure there are restrictions.
