Ordered at the drive through, staff was courteous but that was just about the only positive experience. Not only she initially give us the wrong order...before we realised it and told her about it...but our actual order was incorrect as well. Shorted us sides, no straws plus no utensils for coleslaw. If we weren't driving through Lakewood we'd have gone back but all in all a bad experience which KFC has become all to known to be associated with now. They just need to shut down....or fire everyone including shift supervisors and start over.

I ordered 3 piece meal with 2 orders of mashed potatoes, got home and there was 4 containers of gravey and 1 biscuit in the box. No chicken or or potatoes. And it's 10 at night so they're closed. I've honestly never had an order that screwed up from anywhere in my life.

I went to this kfclast night.they were a lot of customers. I waited for 15 min. With was not bad for the amount of customers. The crew was awsome the manager worked as fast as possible. She is what managers should be like.even they were slammed they were polite, friendly .I hope the owner of this franchise realizes the value of these employees. The face of KFC lakewood

Food was hot and good. But the customer service is terrible. I went through the drive through and the person running it was rude. Did not communicate but maybe 3 words and when I got my food she just handed it to me with no thank you have a good day or this is everything. Just handed it off. And when I said have a good day she didn’t respond just gave me a look of displeasure. No silverware in my bag for my messy chili cheese dog.
