This place was awful for a Marriot. We arrive at the hotel around 9pm , the lady was chatting on her phone. Place was no clean at all. The towel at the pool were everywhere, none were clean. Dogs were at the pool.... I had to advise the reception. Wifi and TV were not working. I trying calling the reception many many times , no answer. Room were very dirty, hair in the tub, window very dirty. Morning breakfeast was sausage, bacon and egg. Coffee was awful. I paid 356$ usd the nigh , they charge me 515$ cdn. I ask to speak the manager it's been 2 days and nobody called me. I called back today they told me manager is not there. I am dissapointed in the service for that expensive for the hotel

I stayed here from New York for 1 day me and my friends all got our own rooms if you are purchasing the room with your card i advise you NOT TO PLEASE. Use Cash if u have. The deposit is 50$ with card but through out the night till the morning this hotels system starts to charge u for extra big amounts without any authorization. When i woke up the following morning i was going to Extend the stay until i checked my account and there were 6 different transactions from the Townehouse Suites for 300$ each. I went downstairs to report it to the Manager she so called gave me an automatic refund that a week later i still didn’t receive. Your business should not have to refund money if they were doing there job and not trying to take money from guest in the first place. It smells like weed in the hallways and there are also NO CAMERAS throughout the hallway that does not make me feel safe. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

I had 2 rooms booked and I can see many differences between them. Pros: The rooms were clean. Breakfast options were good. Easily one of the best Marriot showers I can think of. 24/7 Coffee Outside fireplace Cons: Kitchen utensils were missing and not the same in every room. Shelves in one of the closets were broken Sofabed was there but no extra pillow, sheet, and quilt for sofa bed. But the staff was good and provided extra pillows and a quilt.
