I rarely ever write reviews. Only when well deserved. Called here at 10am to talk about a specific color Crosstrek, said I'd be in at 1pm, and salesman Mike said he'd get the car ready. Showed up early without calling at 1130am and car was already ready to be test driven. After test drive, Mike was not pushy, very transparent, and even asked if we needed to come back and not make a rash decision. We liked what we saw, how we were treated. The rest down to the financing process with Susan was straight to the point with EVERYTHING explained. Never had a better buying experience. Family owned and treat you just like family.
