This has been a great spot before Covid 19 came around and since renovation during those times it has made a dramatic change. Still defaults in design but I truely have not found a gym a better package for membership.

I've been to other gyms in the area so far this is the cleanest. Staff are friendly & accommodating, price is reasonable.

It's renovated however if you do swim laps you have to share the pool with physical therapy which is hard. Group classes have been cut in half, and hours aren't 24 /7 any more . Overall it's a great place but disappointed prices went up for less .

The best thing to do to find out about Silver sneakers is to consult your insurance provider! Also go to www.silversneakers.com they can give you detailed information on their program! It's a fun program to be involved with! 👍
It depends on if you want full access or just weights and cardio machines it's really a great gym all new equipment the rate is 45 a month for full use and if I'm not mistaken 25 for machines and cardio machines
Not sure you must call cause they change..I went a year straight in 2015 and had a great time
