WARNING!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! We purchased our 2010 Dodge Journey on November 19, 2021. Jeff was our salesman. Even though the car buying experience itself ran very smoothly, Jeff was great during the entire process and made it the easiest car buying experience we ever had. The following accumulation of issues in a very short amount of time almost makes the great 1st impression of your dealership disappear. I've contacted you previously about issues The icing on the cake is that last Sunday 3/20/22, while driving, there all of a sudden was loud clanging. After pulling off safely and getting under and inspecting, I found a hole in the transfer case. This has left my family down to one vehicle and huge mess to financially figure out. One of the issues we found were the rear tires being worn to metal on the insides when we brought the vehicle to our local garage to inspect issues we were having prior to the 3 month warranty running out. The $800+ list of issues the garage found was not covered under said warranty. After speaking with you, you agreed to replace the tires. I brought the car to your suggested replacement business to get new ones put on. Obviously after they were replaced I needed to get an alignment done to correct the severe pitch the tires had. During the alignment service, the garage found multiple other issues. I have attached the comments/notes on the receipt from them. At this point, we've had the vehicle a little over 4 months. It's my work vehicle and has only been driven half of the days I've had it due to my schedule of 4 on 4 off. I'm a mechanic by no means but know this many items which is now a long list of repairs/replacement parts/labor cost, isn't from the short amount of time or miles I have driven the vehicle. I've voiced that I'm well aware of the vehicle being purchased used and things break/wear on vehicles, but I honestly feel like I was blindsided with a money pit of a vehicle. We were told the vehicle was went over by whoever checks the vehicles you sell. With a new inspection sticker dated 11/22 I assumed the vehicle was went over in November 2021 thoroughly and I could trust not having to put out a couple thousand dollars in parts and labor within months of purchase. It appears that this vehicle should never have been on your lot! Here's the current list of repairs/replacements/findings and suggestions I have from the 1st time I contacted you to after getting the alignment somewhat completed on 2/24/22. We are waiting to hear from the current garage to see what the damage is from transfer case mess. *Rear wiper, when switched on to operate, interior lights come on, 1 reverse light and 1 marker light illuminate dimly. *Coolant hose leak *Rear sway bar link and bushings( I replaced them before having alignment done) *Rear tires worn to metal on insides(were replaced by you at Kelly Smurtz tire) *Needed alignment due to uneven tire wear *Left front outer tie rod has play *Right front wheel bearing needs to be replaced *Rear toe links rusted preventing alignment to be performed correctly due to seized adjustment bolt *Rear toe links and hardware need replacement *All front and back tie rod links suggested to be replaced due to rust *Both rear outer boots leaking grease *Rear differential leaking severely *Front tires getting low *Transfer case hole and any issues caused from that damage Having a laundry list like that after just purchasing a vehicle is a very unsettling and Keyser Ave should be ashamed of themselves. Would you feel safe with your family driving in something with so many problems?

We drove 2 1/2 hours away to purchase a 2011 Chevy and let me tell you the drive was worth it! All the staff was extremely friendly, they even took the truck over to the Turkey Hill near by and put gas in it for us! If you’re looking for a reliable, fast, friendly dealer with fair prices this is your place! We will be returning. thank you to all the staff!

Great overall experience. Responded immediately. Jeff was great to deal with. Zero pressure to buy the car and we ended up agreeing to a fair deal on the car. One of the best car buying experiences we’ve had.
